NOKEVAL was founded in Finland in 1980. The NOKEVAL two-channel transmitter 6821 has been designed for applications where mathematical functions are required between input channels. Mathematical and conditional actions may be implemented with a simple programming language. Two analog outputs 0/4-20 mA and 0-5/10 V and two alarm relays are provided as standard. The measurements can be read through the serial interface RS485 with ModbusRTU equipment or the NOKEVAL STL protocol. The NOKEVAL multi-channel transmitter RMD680 has been designed for applications where a large number of inputs have to be measured and transferred economically either to a PC or PLC. The NOKEVAL transmitter has 16 input channels, which can be programmed individually for different sensors. The measurements can be read through the serial interface RS–485 with ModbusRTU equipment or the NOKEVAL STL protocol or with one analog output, from any of the 16 inputs selected by 4 binary cables (multiplexer function). Inputs are temperature sensors and process inputs. NOKEVAL Wireless MTR Series is a system that enables measurement and logging of temperature via short range one-way wireless data communications with computer data management. Communication distance can be extended if necessary by daisy chaining two or more receivers on the same RS-485 relay station. Companion data acquisition software promolog has also been introduced, with digital display, trend view, remote alarm function and data logging module.
